One-Year Accelerated Leadership Development Program
Welcome to the Emerging Leaders Program at Ohio University! Our one-year accelerated development program is specifically designed to empower incoming juniors to unlock their leadership potential. Through a tailored curriculum, targeted mentorship, and a focus on cultivating both intrapersonal skills and professional competencies, we are committed to guiding students towards realizing their maximum leadership capabilities. Join us on this transformative journey and embark on a path to becoming the influential leaders of tomorrow.

The Details
Criteria
- Desire to grow personally and professionally
- Student in the College of Business
- 3.2 GPA minimum
- Sophomore Status
- Ability to attend all Wednesday sessions plus additional events throughout the year
Application Process
- Application opens: November 2024
- Application closes: Mid-January 2025
- Selected students will be invited for a round 1 interview in February, 2025
- Decisions announced April 2025
Application
Applications will open in November 2024. Students who complete an interest form will receive an email regarding upcoming info sessions and open applications.
Those invited into our program will join Emerging Leaders Fall 2025 as a junior.
