A&S Graduation Checks

It is the student's responsibility to see that all requirements are met, so the Office of Undergraduate Advising & Student Affairs recommends that A&S students schedule a graduation check during their junior year and then a final graduation check their senior year.

Graduation checks can be completed with a success adviser in the Office of Undergraduate Advising & Student Affairs during drop-in advising hours. Students and advisers will carefully review the Degree Audit Report (DARS), and each requirement that is unmet will be noted. Students and advisers will discuss how and when these requirements will be completed. A graduation check allows students to see if they are on track for timely graduation and help them take necessary steps to ensure degree completion.

Students who cannot attend drop-in hours, may schedule a graduation check with their success advisor. Regional campus students should contact their student services counselors.
