Katrina Grubert

Katrina has returned to southeastern Ohio after living for nearly 25 years in Oregon, and she is excited to be a part of the Bobcat community. She grew up in Marietta and attended Marietta College, where she was a member of the crew team and an education major, earning a BA and an MA.

After teaching in elementary classrooms for Marietta City Schools, she moved to Oregon, where she spent a few years teaching middle school before joining Oregon State University as an academic advisor.

Her happy places can be found hiking or backpacking, spending time on the river, practicing yoga, salsa dancing, nerding out about rocks or fossils, and seeing live music.
