Increase in Enterprise Vehicle Rental Daily Fees

Even though travel is still restricted, we wanted to let you know that Enterprise has increased daily rates for vehicle rentals.  Vehicles of each class will see a $0.50 per day rate increase in the next two years of the University contract beginning November 1, 2021 (and again in November 2022).  Please note Hertz prices remain the same until October 31, 2024.

The increase in domestic travel and the global microchip and semiconductor shortages has slowed down many automakers’ ability to make new products in 2021 which has resulted in a shortage of vehicles from suppliers. Enterprise is encouraging all travelers to be aware of the high demand for car rentals across the US, and that this demand will continue through the winter season. University travelers should plan their trip as early as possible and book their car rental early to ensure availability at their destination.
