Keeping Bobcats Informed, Oct. 19, 2022
Bobcat Parents & Families,
It's hard to believe we are already at midterm exam time! This is a good time for students to connect with tutors, the writing center, supplemental instructors, and other academic resources before the semester keeps moving and we get into the November rush for those services.
Additionally, academic advising for the spring semester is already underway. Encourage your student to plan early and register on time to ensure they get into the courses they want and are building toward their graduation goals. Our Bobcats continue to impress me every day with their motivation and hard work--I can't wait to see what the future holds for them!
Best,
Kathy A Fahl, MSW
Dean of Students

You must enter in all required information or your completion may not be recorded. Students who fail to complete the training will be prohibited from participating in a student organization.
Alcohol and sexual assault prevention education
Attention first- and third-year students! You are required to complete the online modules you received via Catmail. Failure to complete these could result in a hold on your student account. Reach out to healthpromotion@ohio.edu for accessibility accommodations.
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION
Watch what you wear
Does any element of your costume represent a culture or identity that you are not a part of? Consider this question as you choose your costume for Halloween this year. All Bobcats have a responsibility to educate themselves on the difference between cultural appropriation and cultural appreciation. Watch this video to learn more.
