Dear Bobcat,

Graduation is not automatic; you must apply to graduate. The deadline to apply for Fall Semester 2023-24 graduation is Monday, October 2, 2023.

If there is any possibility of graduating this fall semester, please apply for graduation. If you do not apply by Monday, October 2, you have the option to apply next semester or pay a $100.00 late application for graduation fine to have your application processed this semester, in addition to any other applicable graduation application fees. Graduation application fees will be charged to your student account after successful submission of your application. You may pay fees through your MyOHIO Student Center. Payment is not required at the time of application, but failure to pay any fees assessed to your account could create delays in receiving your diploma or any transcripts you order.

You may apply for graduation in MyOHIO Student Center. For detailed instructions please visit the graduation website.

If you have already received an email with your confirmation number for fall semester application for graduation, then your application is complete. If you have any questions, please contact the University Registrar’s Office at graduation@ohio.edu or 740.593.4196.
