Ohio University Gordon K. Bush Airport Apron Rehabilitation Project

August 18, 2023 - The Ohio University Airport was recently awarded a $2.5 million grant from the Federal Aviation Administration for Apron rehabilitation and runway pavement marking.  Work is slated to begin at 7:00am on August 26 with a completion date of 7:00 am on August 31.  During the process a full runway closure will be implemented.  Airport will be open, helicopter operations can continue as normal.  No fixed wing traffic will be allowed to land or take off during this time.
