Subhodip Adhicary is a doctoral candidate investigating physiology and disease mechanisms in the developing vasculature of mammalian brains. He is particularly interested in understanding the molecular factors and cellular mechanisms that drive structural-functional vascular anomalies in the brain.

For his studies, he utilizes a genetic mouse model of Brain Arteriovenous Malformation.

He earned a master's in Molecular Medicine from the University of Sheffield and trained at the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology. He received a bachelor's degree in Genetics and Biochemistry from Bangalore University.

When not doing science, you would always find him listening to, and making music!
