The TESOL Endorsement is for teachers with an Ohio teaching license who are interested in obtaining the Teaching of English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) endorsement. Those who do not have an Ohio teaching license can pursue the same coursework through the TEFL graduate certificate.
About Dual Enrollment and College Credit Plus Preparation
The Master of Social Sciences and the Master of Arts in English help teachers earn credentials to apply to teach dual enrollment courses through Ohio's College Credit Plus (opens in a new window) program!
- Start in May and finish in as few as 16 months (4 semesters).
- 8 courses (32 credit hours)
- No GRE required, but minimum 3.0 GPA.
- English courses are 7 weeks long; Social Sciences courses are 7 or 14 weeks.
