Sera Nakisli

Sera Nakisli is a Ph.D. student of Physiology and Neuroscience in the Biological Sciences Department. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Stony Brook University in Biology with a specialization Neuroscience and started in the Nielson lab in Fall 2019.

She is working on identifying molecular factors involving brain arteriovenous malformations and effects of notch signaling modulation in the brain.

In her free time, she likes to play video games and with her cat.
