Veterinary School Selection

The Association of American Veterinary Medical Colleges (AAVMC) collects information on veterinary schools. School descriptions and links to admissions can be found at the College Descriptor page.

Students can purchase the Veterinary Medical School Admissions book via VMCAS or view it at the Pre-Professional Advising Office in Irvine 111.

The AAVMC also provides information on financing medical school. More information, including a pdf linking to scholarship and financial aid pages of individual colleges, can be found via VMCAS. All prerequisites and financial aid information should be verified with individual schools.
