Bachelor of Science in Integrated Health Care Studies

Step 1: Apply!

Complete the online application form and submit the application fee. You can become either a "traditional" on-campus student (take a mix of online and on-campus classes) or become strictly an online (OHIO Online) student. Apply to be an on-campus student or to be strictly an OHIO Online student.

  • Applying through a Community College Partnership? Be sure to check “yes” to the Community College Partnership option on the application and indicate which community college you previously attended. Each community college has an assigned community partnership manager who can answer questions and help you transition into the program. Step 2: Activate your OHIO ID!

Within two business days after submitting your application, you should receive an acknowledgment email from Undergraduate Admissions. This email will contain: 

  • your PID (student identification number)
  • instructions for activating your OHIO ID (used to access many services)
  • information about your Ohio University email (Catmail) account

Step 3: Request official transcripts.

Request official transcripts be sent to Ohio University Undergraduate Admissions.

Note: Transcripts are required from the registrar of any postsecondary institution(s) you have attended, even if you pursued a different academic program or transferred other coursework to that institution.

Transcripts received by the deadline will be given priority processing for the start date listed. View transfer priority dates and deadlines

Note: Ohio University must receive official transcripts - transcripts that have been issued directly to students, faxed transcripts, or transcripts that have been opened prior to Ohio University receiving them will not be accepted. Please contact the appropriate institution(s) and request that they send your official transcript directly to:

Step 4: Track your application status online!

Visit the MyOHIO Student Center, to track the status of your application. You also will be able to view a "To Do" list of documents that need to be submitted. An email will be sent to the address provided on your application to inform you of any updates to the status.
