How to Apply
Application Process: To be considered for admission to the School of Nursing AAS in Nursing or LPN-to-RN Advanced Placement Track applicants must have completed and/or submitted all the following by 5:00 pm according to the application deadline chart below:

- Complete an Application to Ohio University with pre-associate of nursing listed as your major or complete a change of major to pre-associate nursing (if already an Ohio University student in a different program).
Submit official transcripts electronically or in sealed envelopes from all previous schools attended, including college, vocational/technical programs, and high school/GED. These must come directly from the institution granting the degree.
Ohio University School of Nursing follows university policy and procedure for transfer credit.

Complete a nursing application indicating the program site, program track, and cohort start date for which you would like to be considered.

- Email the nursing contact at the program site for which you seek admission when your application is complete. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 48 business hours, you should call the nursing office.
- Students who meet all other minimum required admission criteria will be invited to take the ATI TEAS test at Ohio University. Applicants will receive detailed information regarding the scheduling of the ATI TEAS exam from the program site to which they have applied.
