Ohio University is formulating a new tagline, and you’re invited to help! Four tagline choices will be displayed at the Baker University Center third-floor Atrium Lounge on Thursday, April 26, from 1-3 p.m. Stop by to fill out a short questionnaire, and share your thoughts.
University Communications and Marketing (UCM) is leading the process to create the new tagline for OHIO that has University-wide efficacy. Collaborating with E.W. Scripps School of Journalism Lecturer and alum Chuck Borghese, UCM developed several concepts to test, and focus groups were held with individuals representing stakeholder groups, including undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, deans, the Presidential Leadership Society, campus communicators, alumni, and the Marketing Advisory Council. Additionally, surveys to solicit common ways of perceiving and describing Ohio University and to refine tagline ideas were completed by the same groups.
