Dr. Russell Morrow

Dr. Russell Morrow has over a decade of experience as a diversity educator, consultant, and leader. Prior to his role as Interim Vice President for Diversity and Inclusion, Dr. Morrow served as the inaugural Assistant Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the College of Business. Over the course of his career, he has led student success and DEI initiatives at the University of California, Davis, The Ohio State University, and Denison University.

Dr. Morrow is a two-time alumnus of Ohio University, receiving his bachelor’s degree from the Scripps College of Communication and his master’s degree from the Patton College of Education. His doctorate degree is in education administration from The Ohio State University. Dr. Morrow is a Certified Diversity Executive® and an Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI®) Qualified Administrator. He was selected as a 2024 CDO fellow for the National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education and 2024 fellow for Leadership Ohio.
