WOUB Public Media (PBS/NPR)

An Ohio University student works a camera at WOUB Public Media

WOUB Public Media is a member station of both National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) serving 55 counties across three states. As an experiential-learning unit in OHIO’s Scripps College of Communication, we hire, train and mentor hundreds of students each year. On air and online, students from Scripps and across campus work at WOUB gaining real-world, hands-on professional development and media training, both behind the scenes and in front of the camera, that prepares them to get great jobs after graduation.
