Latitude 39 is located on the first floor of Baker University Center at 1 Park Place, Athens, OH 45701. Located on the first floor of Baker University Center, at the heart of Ohio University's campus in picturesque Athens, Ohio, Latitude 39 is your gathering place for your next private event. Our welcoming atmosphere, friendly student wait staff, robust meal, beverage & dessert menus will assure you and your group have a wonderful culinary experience.
Latitude 39 Private Event Fees
A room rental fee of $350 will be charged at the time the reservation is placed for use of the space for up to 5 hours.
The room rental fee is non-refundable with less than 10 calendar day’s cancellation notice.
The minimum total charge for a private reservation in Latitude 39 is $40 per person food & beverage, with a minimum of $1,000.
The Rental Fee will be waived for private events over $3,000.
Additional items for your private event (such as a speaker’s podium, table centers, linens, etc.) may be rented at an additional charge.
The top level of the Baker University Center Parking Garage is a visitor parking lot. The fee for parking in this lot is $1.00/hour. Payment may be made through the on-site payment machines, or through ParkMobile(opens in a new window)(opens in a new window), an online payment system.
