Having an exceptional out-of-state college experience doesn't have to mean going far from home. West Virginia residents can qualify for in-state tuition for courses taken on Ohio University's Athens or Eastern campuses:

To qualify, you must have been a legal resident of the state of West Virginia for the 12 months prior to the start of your first semester and complete the West Virginia Tuition Reciprocity Application at least two weeks prior to the start of the term.
