Are you an emerging artist or band? Are you attending the 2025 Music Industry Summit and want to share your story? Applications are open now to be featured on The Launchpad Podcast! Podcast episodes will be recorded on March 26 and 27 and artists/bands that are selected must be available to attend on these dates. Eight artists/bands will be selected. Applications are due by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 3. Selections will be notified the week of March 10.

The Launchpad is the Ohio University Music Industry Summit's official podcast. Our artist discovery podcast is recorded live annually at the Music Industry Summit to highlight the music and stories of emerging artists.
In partnership with the Scripps College of Communication's Masters of Fine Arts program, student David Oyuke hosted the first season of the podcast to produce eight outstanding episodes, featuring a variety of artists and bands across genres.
A second season of The Launchpad will be recorded at the 2025 Music Industry Summit taking place on March 26-27, 2025. Application information is below!
