University Program Council to host ‘Zoo to yOU’

Ohio University’s University Program Council (UPC) will be hosting “Zoo to yOU” from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 25, on OHIO’s South Beach.

All Ohio University students are invited to join UPC and Jungle Island Zoo for this free wild experience featuring mini zebras, alpacas, mini Shetland sheep, kangaroos, mini pygmy goats, and yaks for people to pet. Camel rides will be available throughout the duration of the event, which is being programmed by Aly Wolfe and Kalen Weissenger.

The University Program Council is a volunteer organization of students who work to bring innovative programs to Ohio University and the surrounding community. UPC’s primary goal is to provide fun, exciting, engaging and entertaining programs and events for all members of the OHIO community.
