Reminder: Ohio facilities conference call is May 31

WHAT: Updates for the media about OHIO’s capital improvement and other Facilities news. While the calls will primarily focus on capital improvement updates, other topical Facilities-related news items may also be addressed. ***The May 31 call will include information about Ridges projects and planning, and will include time for questions on facilities-related topics.***

WHO: University Planner Shawna Bolin; Associate Vice President of Facilities Management and Safety Stephen Wood; Associate Vice President for Architecture, Design and Construction Gregory Robertson

WHEN: These calls will take place every other Thursday at 3 p.m. The currently scheduled dates are: June 14 and June 28.

HOW: Those who would like to participate should call 1-866-390-1828 (access code 4839439). All calls will start promptly at 3 p.m.

RSVP: Please notify Jim Sabin at 740-593-0858 or sabin@ohio.edu if you plan to attend the Facilities call NO LATER THAN 10 a.m. Thursday, May 31. If no media RSVP for the call, the meeting will be canceled.
