iCUE Spotlight: June 28-July 5, 2018

Take a look at the upcoming events on the official OHIO Calendar of University Events. Anyone with an active OHIO ID can log in and complete the form to add events that are sponsored by any OHIO planning unit or registered student organization.

So be sure to add your OHIO events, programs and deadlines to the CUE to help keep all members of our University community in the loop!

Here’s a look at a few upcoming events:

Athens Walk-In Free Medical Clinic 

9 - 11 a.m. Friday, June 29 | Grosvenor Hall 055 

This Free Medical Clinic is available to qualifying low-income, uninsured, and under-insured adults ages 18-64. 

UNDER the ELMS: Summer Concert Series

7 - 9:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 4 | Ohio University College Green  

The theme of this final Under the Elms concert of the 2018 season is “Celebrate America!” and will feature the Communiversity Band with Andrew Trachsel, music director and conductor. It is free and open to the public.

Child/Teen Immunization Clinic 

2:30 - 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 5 | Grosvenor Hall 055 

This free clinic offers routine immunizations for eligible children, birth through 18 years of age. Low-cost vaccines will also be available for adults age 19 and older. No appointment is necessary. 

Important Dates and Deadlines

Sunday, July 1

Last day to cancel registration for second summer session (remove all courses and fees).

Monday, July 2

Second session summer classes begin. 

Wednesday, July 4

University offices will be closed and classes are not in session in honor of Independence Day.
