Ohio University featured in August 2018 edition of 'Delta Sky' magazine
Ohio University is flying high in Delta Airlines’ latest issue of Delta Sky magazine.
OHIO is featured on page 72 as part of the August 2018 edition’s focus on Columbus, Ohio. Delta Sky is available to every passenger on the 800+ planes in the Delta Airlines fleet; the magazine reaches nearly six million readers per month.
In a section titled “Wealth of Knowledge” that highlights higher education institutions in the Columbus area, Ohio University President M. Duane Nellis speaks about the relationship between the University and “one of Columbus’ fastest-growing suburbs,” Dublin, Ohio — specifically referencing an initiative to be on the forefront of aging services in the area.
“Through our Heritage College of Medicine and the College of Health Sciences and Professions, we have been coordinating studies related to aging and interfacing with our communities and it’s exciting to be part of that effort,” Nellis is quoted as saying in the article.
OHIO’s Dublin Extension Campus, which officially opened in August 2014, is the newest site of Ohio University. The campus is home to programs from the College of Health Sciences and Professions, the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, College of Business, College of Fine Arts and the George V. Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs.
