Ohio University Southern Bobcats invade the Ashland Town Center [VIDEO]

Faculty, staff and student ambassadors from Ohio University Southern took over the Ashland (Kentucky) Town Center on Aug. 3 in a recruiting and informational event known as "Bobcat Invasion."

Various academic programs and student services set up booths throughout the mall concourse for the evening to meet prospective students. Visitors stop by for degree brochures and financial aid information, including details on in-state rates for Kentucky and West Virginia students who qualify.

"It's a relaxed atmosphere which allows the Ohio Southern faculty and staff to meet Tri-State area residents who're interested in learning more about our more than 30 degree programs," said Southern Campus Dean Nicole Pennington. "Events such as Bobcat Invasion help us get out and meet potential students in time for them to apply for fall semester."
