Fall semester may be winding down, but the pace of study is heating up as Ohio University students prepare for Finals Week. Support a Bobcat through the rigors of final exams with a Finals Week Survival Kit from The Bobcat Store.

A fundraiser for the Student Alumni Board, the Fall 2018 Finals Week Survival Kit is packed to the brim with OHIO-themed goodies to keep students warm, healthy and happy—all while lifting their Bobcat spirits.

“The kit is comprised of original and exclusive apparel curated by current students, which makes it a unique gift that sheds a positive light on Finals Week,” said Zachary Gibbs, fundraising project manager for the Student Alumni Board.

A retro-looking blue, yellow and green Ohio University logotype is the star of this semester’s kit, adorning three of the package’s matching fashion items, including a beanie, crew neck sweatshirt and sew-on patch. Kyle Lindner, a designer with Ohio University Advancement Communication and Marketing, designed the logotype.Students who sport the unisex beanie will stay warm and cozy this winter. Perfect for chilly walks to class and OHIO sporting events, students can wear their prideful cap day and night.

During the colder months, crew neck sweatshirts are students’ favorite outer garments. Easy to throw over a favorite Bobcat T-shirt or in a backpack for layering, this sweatshirt is likely to be a new wardrobe staple.

The OHIO patch, which coordinates with the crew neck and beanie, makes accessorizing easy. Students have the option to sew the patch onto a jacket, backpack or other apparel—the unique options are endless!

Also included in the box is a cartoon-inspired Rufus the Bobcat decal. Whether on a laptop or a water bottle, this decal is sure to catch everyone’s eye.

To keep your special student healthy during finals week, the kit includes hand sanitizer for extra germ protection.

The Finals Week Survival Kit costs $39.99 and may be sent to a Bobcat you know or as a random act of kindness from one Bobcat to another. Orders must be placed by Thursday, Nov. 29, and quantities are limited. The survival kits will ship beginning on Dec. 3.

Proceeds from the Finals Week Survival Kits support Student Alumni Board programming, including Homecoming activities and the annual Baker Birthday Bash.
