Finalists for dean of University Libraries announced

Executive Vice President and Provost Chaden Djalali is pleased to announce that four finalists have been invited to interview on campus as candidates for Ohio University’s next dean of University Libraries, a position that became open after Dean Scott Seaman announced his retirement effective Dec. 31, 2018. Seaman held the position for 10 years.
 
The search for the next dean officially began in October, with Dr. Djalali announcing that the University retained an executive search firm to facilitate a national search.

The Search Committee has recommended that the following candidates meet with our community:

The public is invited to attend open forum sessions, and OHIO students, faculty and staff will be able to livestream with their OHIO ID via links provided above. Viewers and attendees will also be given the opportunity to provide feedback about the candidates.
