Ohio University announces Homecoming Court 2019

Homecoming 2019 has arrived, and Bobcats have been gearing up to welcome it in full splendor. Amid all the preparations, Ohio University is excited to announce the Homecoming Court of 2019.

Serving on Homecoming Court is an honor and privilege that select members of the graduating class enjoy. This year, the members were chosen through a rigorous selection process. The selection committee interviewed only 32 students from over 100 nominations they received before announcing the Homecoming Court. The committee believes the members of the 2019 Homecoming Court promote the values of Ohio University, take pride in the University, represent the student body and enhance OHIO as a whole. The 10 chosen seniors will represent their class at several events throughout Homecoming Week, which takes place from Oct. 7-12 on OHIO’s Athens campus. The events calendar has further details about the week’s schedule.

Upholding the longstanding annual tradition of celebrating past, present and future students, Homecoming 2019 will let members of the OHIO and Athens communities showcase their Bobcat pride. Among the activities planned for the week are the Homecoming Parade, Alumni Association’s Annual Awards Gala, Historical Hayrides, All Sports Reunion and Game Night.

Online voting for the 2019 Homecoming king and queen is open! Homecoming King and Queen will be announced during the Homecoming football game on Saturday, Oct. 12. Members of the 2019 Homecoming Court are:
