Project Initiation Form moves to new location, updated for ease

Ohio University’s project initiation form web page has been updated and moved to provide a more friendly user experience.

Previously, there were five project initiation forms available based on the type of request. The forms have now been consolidated into two forms for easier application. 

The new forms are “Construction Request,” which covers new building, renovation and estimate requests, and “Planning Study/Space Request,” which covers planning studies for parking, lighting, etc., and space requests. 

The web page has also been updated to be more visual, making it easier to locate the forms needed. The projection initiation form site has also moved to the Ohio University Facilities website instead of Finance on the OHIO website, at www.ohio.edu/facilities/project-initiation-form. 

Additional information, such as frequently asked questions and guidelines for submission, can also be found on the new link under the “Help” button.
