Debra McBride recognized for volunteer efforts in Baldrige Performance Excellence Program

Interim Global Health Director Debra McBride has been recognized and thanked by the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program for her participation in their 2020 Board of Examiners for the 2020 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.

"Without Debra's contributions and those of the other examiners, the Baldrige Award, and the $30 billion in economic benefits it has created, would not exist," said Baldrige Performance Excellence Program director Robert Fangmeyer. 

According to the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, their national effort continues to grow in importance as more attention to organizational agility and resilience, diversity, equity, and inclusion, emerging technologies, cybersecurity risk management, and innovation is needed.
