OHIO to host Spotlight on Learning Conference April 5 – 8
Ohio University’s Spotlight on Learning Conference (opens in a new window) is scheduled for April 5 - 8, 2021, and will focus on the theme “How COVID Has Changed Your Teaching.”
Abstracts aligned to the four sub-themes (Best Practices, Lessons Learned, Student Success and Forward Thinking) were received from faculty, administrators and graduate students from many different colleges and several different campuses.
Following a peer review process, the selection committee invited participants to create and submit asynchronous videos showcasing their ideas or strategies. The videos are posted at https://www.ohio.edu/keep-teaching/solc (opens in a new window).
Participants are encouraged to view the videos ahead of the synchronous forums scheduled for noon to 1 p.m. During the forums, members of the Spotlight on Learning Committee will facilitate a discussion among all of the presenters in each theme. The goal is to provide an opportunity for rich discussion among colleagues across colleges and campuses.
