Voluntary vaccine registry can aid in decision making
To gain an understanding of what proportion of the OHIO community is fully vaccinated against COVID-19, COVID Operations is offering a confidential voluntary vaccine registry for OHIO community members.
Knowing what proportion of the University community is fully vaccinated is vital for leadership to make decisions regarding when and how to resume normal University operations.
“Participating in this voluntary vaccination registry is one thing you can do to help us understand how close we are to achieving herd immunity,” said Gillian Ice, special assistant to the president for public health operations.
Ice encourages fully vaccinated students, faculty and staff to provide information about their vaccination status by completing the survey.
