Ohio University engages Deloitte Consulting to conduct administrative operations analysis
In partnership with the Ohio University Board of Trustees, University leadership has engaged Deloitte Consulting to conduct an operational analysis of administrative functions across the institution.
“This project will help us continue to identify areas where we can achieve efficiency as we work to balance our revenue and expenses into the future,” Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration Deb Shaffer said.” This work reinforces OHIO’s commitment to our academic mission and will allow us to deliver on our University strategies while ensuring the sustainability of our institution over the long term.”
The goal of the project is not simply to identify cost reduction opportunities but rather to identify strategic opportunities for restructuring, streamlining, and/or increasing the efficiency of administrative functions to best support student experience and success while ensuring the financial health of the institution.
