Document your progress toward meeting the University's COVID-19 vaccination requirement
With the University’s COVID-19 vaccination deadline of Nov. 15 quickly approaching, COVID Operations has heard from several students, faculty, and staff who have started taking the necessary steps to meet the requirement but who will not have all required documents submitted before Nov. 15.
It is important that students, faculty, and staff demonstrate by Nov. 15 that they have begun taking steps to meet this requirement, either by indicating they have started a vaccine series or by submitting an exemption application. Taking these steps will ensure that the University is aware of OHIO community members’ good-faith efforts to complete this requirement on time.
