The Office of Information Technology has launched the Classroom Help Hub to improve end-user experiences in classrooms.
Students, faculty and staff may now quickly access the hub by either opening a dedicated icon on the classroom computer or by using the QR code displayed on flyers in all OIT-managed classrooms on the Athens campus. The Classroom Help Hub contains a variety of self-help resources as well as service desk contact information for additional help.
The QR code flyers are located on lecterns in classrooms and are one piece of a larger effort to improve end-user experience, including a revamped Technology Resources and Training page that offers specific technology resources and upcoming training opportunities.
