Professional Development Pathways (PDP) has announced the following professional development courses are now available:

New Course: Digital Accessibility
This eLearning module introduces the subject of digital accessibility and lays a foundation of understanding about how to implement digital accessibility practices into your work at OHIO. By applying the principles described in this module, you will be better equipped with the knowledge to improve the overall usability of digital content for the OHIO community. This eLearning course in now included in the Personal Effectiveness Pathway.

New Course: Employee Self-Service: MPI
This course provides an overview of the My Personal Information section of the Employee Self-Service system used at OHIO to track basic HR-related tasks and functions. This eLearning course in now included in the HR Operations Pathway.
