New Outage and Maintenance Information calendar now available

An Outage and Maintenance Information calendar has been added to the Office of Information Technology help.ohio.edu website.

The calendar provides a public glimpse into scheduled maintenance windows, outages, and issues under investigation. The IT Service Delivery and Support Service Team (ITSDS) has created a tutorial video that provides instructions on how to locate the calendar on the website, and how to find the current operational status of each IT service. The Outage and Maintenance Information calendar also provides detailed historical information on past incidents.

The calendar is updated by the IT Service Desk to ensure that the university community is aware of any impact on IT services. Please consider sharing the tutorial video with a colleague so others can become aware of the new feature on the website.
