Murphy and Culver named interim department chairs

On July 1, Erin Murphy, Ph.D., became the interim chair of the Department of Biomedical Sciences. She has been with the Heritage College for 14 years. In that time she has served as an elected faculty chair and associate chair of the Department of Biomedical Sciences. 

Andrew Culver, D.O. ('99), assumed the role of interim chair of the Department of Specialty Medicine and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology on July 1. He has served the college as a clinical associate professor, a discipline director of emergency medicine and a clinical assistant dean in our Office of Medical Education. He is also an emergency medicine physician at Mercy Health St. Joseph Warren Hospital.
