OHIO Homecoming 2023 is almost here!
Missing Athens? Come home!
Ohio University will celebrate Homecoming Week from October 2-7, 2023.
The week-long celebration kicks off on Monday for the Bobcat family—students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community. From the archival display in Alden Library to the annual alumni awards event to the Yell Like Hell pep rally and Homecoming parade, the celebration offers unique opportunities to connect with and celebrate all things OHIO. See the full schedule at ohio.edu/homecoming.
The celebration culminates with a football game at Peden Stadium between the Bobcats and Kent State on Oct. 7. Kickoff is at 3:30 p.m.
The Ohio University Alumni Association (OUAA) and the Division of Student Affairs are collaborating with partners across the university to deliver a week filled with all the beloved sights, sounds and memories.
“We know that Homecoming is a special celebration for the OHIO family and a signature part of the Bobcat experience,” said Jenn Bowie, interim executive director of the OUAA. “We hope Bobcats will mark their calendars now to be a part of the 2023 Homecoming celebration—no matter where they are across Ohio, the nation, or the world. Whether you make plans to visit Athens for the weekend, to join the fun online on the Bobcat Network, or schedule a call with a college friend on Saturday, October 7, don’t let Homecoming pass you by without marking the moment!”
