Call for proposals for the Spotlight on Learning Conference

The Spotlight on Learning Conference Planning Committee invites presentation proposals for inclusion in the 2023 Spotlight on Learning Conference. 

This year’s theme is “Technology trends (from A.I. to ChatGPT) to improve student-learning outcomes,” and the conference will be held April 25 – 28. The conference will begin with an in-person event in Baker University Center on Tuesday, April 25, followed by virtual sessions throughout the week. 

Featured presenters, faculty panels, and collaborative community building opportunities will focus on:

  • The future of teaching and technology informed by rapid shifts in remote instruction
  • Effective and innovative teaching with enterprise-support technologies
  • The careful selection and elimination of technology to effectively and efficiently support student academic success

The Spotlight on Learning conference will provide OHIO instructors with instructional strategies, illuminating case studies, models for teaching with technology, and engaging conversation with colleagues.

Interested individuals or teams may submit a proposal at this website.

Deadline for proposal submission is Feb. 21.
