Collaboration Tools Advisory Community seeks feedback on digital storage tools

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) invites students, faculty and staff to provide their insight, experiences and feedback related to digital storage tools during the February Collaboration Tools Advisory Community Meeting.

The meeting will take place on Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023, from 2-3 p.m. online via Microsoft Teams. You can add the meeting to your Outlook calendar by joining the Collaboration Tools Advisory Community Microsoft Team or by simply joining the meeting when it begins.

Specifically, OIT is interested in collecting feedback from OHIO employees and students as it relates to OneDrive and SharePoint Document Libraries. OIT is interested in hearing why you might select one tool over another and common scenarios of when file sharing has become problematic for you or your team. OIT will use this feedback to enhance its support for these storage tools and plan future educational opportunities.

IT Advisory Communities provide a way for students, faculty and staff to offer feedback directly to OIT team members working on the tools and services that they use every day. In Advisory Communities, participants can share what is working well for them and what is not. It is a safe space to tell OIT about your technology needs, what you are looking for, what problems you are trying to solve, and have direct conversations with team members who can help resolve the technology issues you may be facing.
