Volunteers needed for Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremonies

Ohio University is looking for volunteers to support the Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremonies.

The Spring 2023 Commencement Ceremonies will be held in the Convocation Center on Friday, May 5, at 9:30 a.m. for the graduate ceremony, and Saturday, May 6, at 9:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. for the undergraduate ceremonies. Each ceremony is estimated to last between 2 and 2.5 hours.

Commencement volunteer sign-ups will remain open through April 28. Registered volunteers will receive email communications from Event Services staff regarding assignments and volunteer training opportunities.

Lunch is provided to those who volunteer for both ceremonies on Saturday. Refreshments will be available for all volunteers on Friday and Saturday.
