Information for OHIO users of Concur SAP mobile app
Concur SAP has a new look in their mobile application, which may affect OHIO faculty and staff who use this tool in order to manage expenses and travel from their smartphones.
By using this app, users can book and manage itineraries, capture and track mileage, record receipts, and create, submit, and approve expense reports. The app is available for download in your phone’s app store.
The SAP Fiori with Horizon visual theme will be enabled automatically for the SAP Concur mobile app in waves, beginning June 5, 2023. OHIO users can make sure their mobile app is updated to the latest version, but otherwise you do not need to take any action. Once the theme is available, users can choose between Light Mode and Dark Mode themes by following the instructions below:
To change your theme setting on the SAP Concur mobile app, follow these steps:
- Go to your Profile and click Settings.
- Scroll down to Appearance and choose your preferred setting.
Note: Accessibility options, like high contrast fonts are accessed via the Accessibility menu found under the iOS or Android device Settings.
