Ohio University to host blood drive on July 7

Ohio University will host an American Red Cross blood drive on the Athens Campus on Friday, July 7.

Donors are needed, and everyone who donates at the upcoming blood drive will be greatly appreciated. In addition, the July 7 event is part of the series of Cedar Point/King’s Island ticket blood drives (opens in a new window). All donors at this blood drive will receive a ticket for admittance to any Cedar Fair theme park.

The July 7 blood drive will begin at noon in the Baker University Center and will continue until 6 p.m..

Individuals who would like to donate are asked to make an appointment at this American Red Cross webpage (opens in a new window).

Walk-ins are also welcome, but individuals who walk in without first scheduling an appointment generally have a longer wait time to donate.
