Transportation and Parking Services provides hourly parking update

A dynamic pricing model will be enacted for highly utilized campus hourly parking locations effective July 1, 2023. Campus provides a variety of hourly, pay-by-space, and metered parking options to accommodate guests and short-term parking needs. Designated visitor lots are available at Baker University Center, Jefferson Hall and Lot 201 at The Ridges.

Hourly parking fees in most campus locations will remain at $1 per hour with a one-hour parking rate minimum.  A parking rate of $1.25 per hour will be in effect for high demand locations such as Baker University Center, Walter Hall, Ping Recreation Center and Jefferson Hall during peak utilization periods (Monday-Friday 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. and during select events), standard hourly rates will apply at all other times.

All hourly parking can be paid through Parkmobile, an easy-to-use pay-by-cell application that provides mobile payment access.
