Collaboration Tools Advisory Community seeks feedback on SharePoint functionality, resources

The Ohio University Office of Information Technology (OIT) invites students, faculty and staff to provide their insights, experiences, and feedback related to Microsoft’s Collaboration Tools (OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint) during the September Collaboration Tools Advisory Community Meeting

The meeting will take place on Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, from 2-3 p.m. online via Microsoft Teams. You can add the meeting to your Outlook calendar by joining the Collaboration Tools Advisory Community Microsoft Team or simply join the meeting when it begins.

You may use Teams, OneDrive, and underlying SharePoint apps/features on a daily basis, but do you know how they all work together? OIT is interested in obtaining your feedback on these resources and will use this feedback to enhance its support for these collaboration tools and plan future educational opportunities.

IT Advisory Communities provide a way for students, faculty and staff to offer feedback directly to OIT team members working on the tools and services that they use every day. In Advisory Communities, participants can share what is working well for them and what is not. It is a safe space to tell OIT about your technology needs, what you are looking for and what problems you are trying to solve, and to have direct conversations with team members who can help resolve the technology issues you may be facing.
