New visual theme for Concur web application

On June 2, 2023, Ohio University announced that Concur SAP implemented a new look in its mobile application.

On Oct. 2, 2023, Concur SAP will be applying a similar visual update to its web version of the application.  After that date, the next time you sign into your Concur account, you will see a refreshed look and feel. With the update, you’ll also get: 

• Improved design consistency.
• Inclusive, accessible design for everyone.
• Light Mode, Dark Mode, and high contrast theme options.

This visual theme update will not change any features of SAP Concur products. It is primarily a change in the look and feel of SAP Concur products—for example, fonts, font sizes, icons, colors, and rounded corners. The navigation menus will also be slightly modified to make it easier for you to find what you are looking for. The navigation changes include:  

• SAP Concur solutions (for example, Concur Expense and Concur Travel) are organized under the Home drop-down menu.
• The help section is no longer titled Help, but rather is represented with a question mark symbol.
• The profile section is no longer titled Profile, but rather is represented with a symbol of a person.

How do I change my SAP Concur visual theme setting on the web? 

To change your SAP Concur visual theme setting on the web after Oct. 2, 2023, follow these steps: 

1. After signing into Concur Solutions, go to Profile Settings.
2. Under Profile Options, click System Settings. 
3. Under Appearance Settings, use the drop-down to select your preferred theme and click Save. 

Theme options

• Morning Horizon is the default theme.  It provides white backgrounds with black text.
• Evening Horizon is available if you prefer black backgrounds with white text.
• Horizon High Contrast White is an accessible option that provides white backgrounds with black text.
• Horizon High Contrast Black is an accessible option that provides black backgrounds with white text.
