“Breakfast at Midnight”: Dining hall finals perk to return April 29
No need to resort to a delivery app when you’re cramming for finals Monday night. Dining halls across campus will stay open late on April 29 for the “Breakfast at Midnight” event.
Serving typical morning fare including pancakes, sausage gravy, chicken and waffles and a variety of vegan options, the three main dining halls on campus will keep night-owl hours to kick off finals week:
- Nelson Court: 9:30 p.m. - 1 :30 a.m.
- The District on West Green: 9:00 p.m. - 1:00 a.m.
- Earl’s Coop: 10:00 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
The first “Breakfast at Midnight” event was held during fall semester and had was widely attended.
"We host this event to celebrate the accumulation of all {students’} hard work and to prepare them for success in their finals," said Frank Pazzanese, executive director of Culinary Services.
Admission to the event will work the way all meals do at University dining halls. Students can use traditional meal swipes, Flex Points, Bobcat Cash, or credit cards. In order to reduce contact and speed service, all Culinary Services venues operate on a cashless basis.
