OHIO to hold open forums for Patton College dean search finalists

Ohio University Executive Vice President and Provost Dr. Elizabeth Sayrs announces two finalists for the position of dean of the Gladys W. and David H. Patton College of Education with interviews on April 18 and 24.

As part of the interview process, the University community will have an opportunity to interact with the candidates during virtual open forums and in-person receptions.

During the virtual open forums, the candidates will deliver a brief presentation and answer questions from students, faculty and staff.

The virtual open forums will be held on Teams from 2:15 – 3:15 p.m. on the following dates:

• Thursday, April 18  – Dr. Amy Lingo
• Wednesday, April 24 – Dr. Lisa Harrison

The links for each virtual open forum are posted on the search webpage along with the links for the online feedback forms. Please note that live captioning will be provided through the Teams platform.

Following each of the open forums, a public reception will be held in Patton Hall Room 104 from 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. All students, faculty and staff are invited to the public receptions.
