Ohio University Board of Trustees to meet Aug. 19

WHAT: The Ohio University Board of Trustees meeting 
 
WHEN: Monday, Aug. 19: Executive Committee will meet at 9 a.m. and is anticipated to proceed directly into a closed Executive Session. Committee meetings will be held from 11:30 a.m. through 3:40 p.m. Following committee meetings, the main board meeting will take place at 3:40 p.m.  
 
WHERE: All meetings will be held in Walter Hall Room 104 on the Athens Campus.
