OHIO now accepting nominations for Leadership Awards

Ohio University is now accepting nominations and applications for the 42nd Annual Leadership Awards.

This event, a long-standing tradition organized by the Division of Student Affairs in collaboration with Diversity and Inclusion, celebrates the exceptional contributions of students and student organizations. The awards highlight outstanding leadership, community service, allyship efforts and more.

Nominations can be submitted by anyone, including students, faculty, family and community members, until the deadline of Jan. 14, 2025. Several categories are open, including new awards recognizing students’ contribution to the OHIO Online community and the communities they reside in.

The awards fall into the categories of diversity and allyship, outstanding leadership, service and student organizations.

Awards are open to all OHIO students, but applicants should be sure to review the award criteria specific to any awards they are applying for. Students and student organizations can apply for as many awards as they resonate with through a single application form.

The awards ceremony will take place April 9, 2025, with finalists and winners being honored for their dedication to the OHIO community.
